1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. Custom cards (such as Aadhaar, PAN, and Voter ID) are printed and prepared for shipping during this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options to deliver your products:

Shipping times may vary based on your location, and unexpected delays can occur due to courier company issues, public holidays, or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. Express shipping, if selected, incurs additional fees.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If you realize that the shipping address provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Any additional shipping costs for resending the package will be charged to the customer.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the courier company. Please contact us if you suspect your package has been lost or stolen.
